Take a Seat provides sessions with Tanya Markul, a psychotherapist trainee practising under supervision.

Session details, fees, payment terms and any cancellation conditions are agreed before booking.

The scope of confidentiality, including supervision arrangements and any legal exceptions, is explained before sessions begin. Information about personal data is provided in a separate Privacy Notice.

The service does not provide emergency support or medical diagnosis.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
